Steel and Metallic Materials Technological Centre

Its activity is generally focused in the steel and metal mechanic sector, taking in a wide variety of industrial sectors:

Technological offer:

• Development of research proyects wit companies, under contract.
• Solution of every day problems in companies.
• Development of research projects together with other research bodies and universities.
• Product and process quality control.
• Technical advise.

Non Metallic Materials Technological Centre

The activity in the centre is organised as follows:

• Plastics and composites area.
• Technological services:
  • R+D+I: Ceramic, refractory and construction materials
  • Testing and chemical analysis of refractory materials, raw materials, gold mineral, jewlery and construction materials.
• Metrology:
  • Legal: Fluids, weighing and electric areas.
  • Voluntary or Calibration: Dimensional, mass, pressure, temperature, and electric areas.
